Because our canvas art is made to order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund.
Lost Packages:
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with a replacement after confirmation with the carrier.
Refund Processing:
